ROPE is a project under CIGI's Centre for Collaborative Social Work (CCSW). CCSW was founded with a clear objective to facilitate interstate cooperation and establish a nationwide network by collaborating with like-minded organizations. We aim to disseminate the transformative CIGI model and replicate it in every corner of India. 

• Project ROPE embodies a powerful vision - to bring the transformative impact of CIGI's educational initiatives to communities that need it the most.
  
  
• This visionary project extends the essence of CIGI, with its decades of experience in providing career guidance, training, and motivation, to miniature centers established in selected areas. 
  
  
• The aim is not just to impart knowledge but to instill a culture of excellence, ambition, and empowerment.
  
  
• The project is implemented in collaboration with local NGOs. 
  
  
• CIGI equips local organizations with training and academic support to run the project locally. 

Expected Outcomes 

• The following are the expected outcomes after 5 years:
• 0 % school dropout until Class 10th.
• Full pass in Class 10th and 12th.
• Increase GER into higher education to 50-60 %.
• Ensuring all eligible youth attend government level competitive examinations.
•  Ensure every youth of employable age is employed or self-employed.
•  In a longer term we expect at least 10 % of the population in Govt. Services of which at least 5 % must be in decision making posts like SSC, UPSC etc.
• Ensure value-based education.
