About the Program

The School Excellence Mentor (SEM) Workshop 2025 is a flagship initiative by the Centre for Excellence in Education (CEE) under the Centre for Information and Guidance India (CIGI), aimed at empowering educators to lead quality enhancement in schools across Kerala.

This one-day intensive workshop is designed for school teachers, principals, management representatives, and retired educators who are passionate about school development, accreditation processes, and educational excellence.

Through expert-led sessions and collaborative discussions, participants will:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of school accreditation and quality benchmarks
• Learn how to guide institutions through continuous improvement strategies
• Explore opportunities to mentor schools in their journey toward excellence
• Network with like-minded professionals and become a part of CIGI’s Excellence Mentor Network
